to pay for their issue resolutions as matters arise, instead of paying for
support ahead of time. This service was designed for clients who make infrequent
service calls. When a call is placed, the client is asked for a client ID number
and credit card number before assistance begins. When you call Technical
Support at 360-891-6174 Total Support Total Support (TS) is an annual contract that entitles you to receive technical support with a Priority Response Time. The TS service entitles you to receive 10 calls or 60 minutes, whichever comes first. Calls must be of a technical nature and related to the software programs.
