Refund Policy

Help is always available through our Support Department (support@coastalsoftware.com) if you encounter any difficulties or have questions. Orders for the registration number confirm your successful test and desire to use Payroll Time Export.

We are confident that you will like Payroll Time Export. However, if for any acceptable reason, you are not satisfied with Payroll Time Export, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a refund. A 30% administrative fee will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Note that Payroll Time Export is software, no refund will be issued for reasons other than defective products or other similar reasons.
