Using PTE AutoKey™ you can transfer...

PTE AutoKey™ - Labor Levels
This bridge will add active labor level entries into eTIME's Labor Level tables from Timberline Gold's Payroll and or Job Cost module, then it will remove all the inactive entries in eTIME.

Includes: Jobs, Phases, Cost Codes, Departments and User Defined Fields.

PTE AutoKey™ - New Hires
This bridge is so sophisticated it will create the required data fields in eTIME for the end-user that do not exist in Timberline Gold's Payroll module.

This bridge will transfer predefined information out of Timberline Gold into the bridge. The bridge is customized with set default values to translate and create the predetermined required data fields in eTIME. Eliminating the manual upkeep in both systems for the eTIME user.

Includes: Employee Number, Name, Date of Hire, Badge, Pay Rule, Restriction Profile, Home Labor Accounts and Accrual Fields.

PTE AutoKey™ - Time Entries

Transfer time entries from eTIME in to Timberline Gold's Payroll module. Covers all standard payroll types, Regular, Overtime, Double Time, etc., as well as Job Numbers.

Includes: Date, Employee ID, Unlimited Pay IDs, Hours or Amounts, Departments, Rates, Job IDs, Cost Code/Phases and Categories.
